What locations in the world do you make calls? Does the price change?
We are currently offering flattery calls in English and French, anywhere in the world. The cost based on locations is as follows:
North America (Canada & USA) = 5$ a call, Any other country = $10 a call. We are planning on adding other languages. So please stay tuned!
When do you make the calls?
There are no set time for our calls. Flatter Me operating hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday - Friday (Weekend calls are reserved for special occasion calls ). We are always respectful. We never call too early or too late. We pay attention to time zones. If you have a special request as per time, you must specify it in the "special requests" field found in the sign up form. Calls typically happen pretty quickly after the order. But to be safe it can take up to 3 days maximum considering redials. We like to avoid getting machines.
Can I place an order to be called on the same day?
For now, Flatter Me needs 24 hours to process your telephone calls. Please place your urgent orders at least 1 day before the call should be made.
What kind of phone calls do you make?
We don't place any calls that are offensive. If you place an order that we deem offensive in any way, Flatter Me will simply refund your order. People have begun using the Flatter me phone calls service to deliver all sorts of messages. Top ways people are using Flatter Me. Click here.
What if the person is annoyed and wants to stop the calls?
We are all about respect and fun. If anyone requests to end this service (whether it is the purchaser or the person being complimented), we automatically stop. Unfortunately, there is no refund though.
What do you do if they are not home?
We try reaching the person three times. On the last try, we deliver the "you-are-amazing" message to their voicemail. This will count as the call. To help us reach the person, we recommend you leave us suggested calling times in the "special requests" field found on the sign up form.
Can I customize the message?
Yes, just make sure to leave it in the "custom message" field found in the sign up form.
Is this service anonymous or do you tell them it's a gift from me?
Typically, we will tell the person that this was a gift from <insert name> at some point in the conversation. If you would rather it remain anonymous, then you must specify this in the "special requests" field found on the sign up form.
How long are the calls?
They are short and sweet. They average 1-3 minutes.
